my Personal Health journey

It's Time to Start being proactive in your health

Below you will find what I am doing when it comes to my strategy to remediate the effects of Pre-Parkinson’s Disease.

My Running

Running could be the single most important exercise for those suffering from Pre-Parkinson's Disease. At 57 I am loving to run more and more. I run daily 6-20 miles per day. It has been 8 years since my last marathon so this year I decided to move up and run ultramarathons. In the last two months of 2020 I ran 2 x 50k races and never felt better.

My Health Blog

Beyond just blogging about current research in the area of Pre-Parkinson's Disease, Visit my health blog where I share the health strategies I and my family use to optimize our health in the face of a very toxic world

My Results

Fortunately I have been a bit obsessive when it comes to tracking my test results. For the past 11 years I have kept a spread sheet of all my lab results. In 2020, after diagnosis of iRBD, I initiated a battery of test in order to determine just what is going on and what might have started the chain reaction that is now manifesting itself as Pre-Parkinson's Disease

My Journal

Here I journal as much as possible documenting my daily interaction with Pre-Parkinson's Disease. I hope my efforts to record and share will help others as they identity and deal with the effects of Pre-Parkinson's and Parkinson's Disease

My Daily Strategies

Diet, fasting, probiotics, exercise, sleep, sauna, breathing and medication are all part of my daily routine to optimize my mitocondria and immune system

My Video Recommendations

I love podcast from experts in the area of health optimization. I will be sharing links here to help consolidate what i find to be helpful in developing a strategy that will help you fight off the effects of Pre-Parkinson's and poor health overall.

I know everyone is asking the same question, why try when the experts say there is no cure?

What You Get
