Serum metabolic biomarkers for synucleinopathy conversion in isolated REM sleep behavior disorder

Our results indicate that metabolic alterations and inflammation are involved in iRBD pathophysiology, and suggest biological differences underlying the progression of LTS in iRBD patients.
